TEMPORARY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE:
Financial assistance is NOT automatically granted just by requesting it.
If Financial assistance is granted to you, it is temporary only (3 MONTHS). We strongly encourage you to seek employment. Or ask family and friends to help you.
You must provide proof of income such as:
Two recent pay stubs
Or a letter from your employer's letterhead indicating how much you are earning
If you are unemployed, homeless or disabled provide:
Current CalFresh, Food stamps
Bank account and tax records
Social Security / Disability
TIP: The more documents the better
We currently provide online services (telehealth). To attend program, you will need:
Classes are 2 hours ONLINE
Classes cost $30 each or $120 a month
Homework assignments required
CERTIFICATION OF COMPLETION:
Court will consider you completed with program when you have successfully attended all required sessions and paid all your fees. Failure to complete the program may result in violation of probation and could subject you to time in jail.
We communicate with your lawyer and your Probation officer about your progress in the program. This includes:
Enrollment is time sensitive. If you are required to enroll for court, probation requires you to enroll within 10 days from the date of your intake with probation.
