**When applying, be prepared to show any proof of income as shown below. Print form, return completed, signed with all adequate documentation.
If you are FULL TIME EMPLOYED, you probably will not qualify but if you believe that you can, please show:
- Two recent pay stubs or
- Current bank statement or
- Letter from employer or
- Tax return
If you are UNEMPLOYED, homeless, disabled, work comp, or retired, please show:
- CalFresh - EBT card or
- General relief or
- Shelter residency letter or
- Unemployment benefits or
- Social Security / Disability or
- Retirement benefits
