QUESTIONS OFTEN ASKED


  • Does program accept insurance?
    Sorry, no we do not. You will need to pay out-of-pocket. Program can however, provide you with a final invoice. It will be up to your insurance if they refund you or not. Call your insurance and ask them.

  • Do I have to pay weekly? How much are programs? 
    You are required to pay your fees regularly, either weekly or monthly. Automatic payments are available too, ask staff. All program costs are listed here

  • I can not pay for enrollment. What can I do?
    Do the best you today. It's ok to enroll anyway and start attending. You will need to catch up with your balance as you attend. Ask friends and family to help you with paying too. Requests financial aid if you think you can qualify. See below.

  • Do you offer financial aid?
    Yes, you will need to request it or complete it in full online here: financial-evaluation-form. ​If you are financially struggling and you qualify, we can try to reduce your total cost. ** You will be required to show proof of income, ex: Calfresh, EBT card, bank statement etc. We cannot process aid without documentations.

  • After I enroll, do you tell my PO and my attorney?
    Yes, we send a copy of your enrollment to your PO and or attorney the same day you enrolled.

  • Can I attend program remotely?
    You will need a written permission from your PO or court to attend on Zoom. 
  • Does program send progress reports to my PO?
    Yes. Program is required to tell probation if you are attending, how many sessions completed, and payments made. Program will give an overall assessment of your progress in group.

  • Can I miss class?
    You are allowed to miss three times before getting reported to PO. If you need to travel, speak to staff. If you need to do custody time, program will simply hold your attendance until you resume. 


  • What happens when I attended all my classes? Do I get a certificate?
    ​If you have paid all your fees and outstanding balance in full, program will deem you completed. You need to complete an exit session and be provided a certificate of completion. An official report of your completion will be sent to your PO. *** Completion of program means you have attended all required sessions and paid all your fees. No exception.
